And over to Andy's House...

So this was the longest I'd ever ran, and am ridiculously proud of myself...I didn't stop, and ran up that hill (all of 162nd is a hill...small plateau mid way) and all in 55 minutes...I'm feeling great about this....it was also strangely a type of worship experience...those creepy endorphins haha but really, when you see your body doing something that you didn't think possible, it's a time to thank God...and also pray that the hill ends quickly...and that you dont' give up... :)

Ok so I found this rad website...no thanks to me really...hello google...but it's rad because you can map out where you run and figure how many km so it's quite motivating : ) I'll post when I do new routes...but this one shall forever be known as the 5k Classic ; )...not quite 5 but i'm over it...

well...here's a spring reminder...there is snow in Calgary right now...so I'm looking back to the spring!

Oldie but a goodie...

Ok so we're engaged! It's funny because although I'm so extremely excited...my brain was sooo on to the next thing...i just want to get married! Weird hey? At first I was all over the dating part, then the I love you part then the engagement part...and now...
I'm reminded of this because of a friends reaction...imagine with me, an older lady, mom age to me, and sweet. Slightly rounded as to remind you that she can cook, and that she may make you cookies! Tiny, and kind looking. Ok...so she noticed my ring...and grabbed my hand...and jumped up and down screaming! I laughed so hard...but really that's how I should feel! I'm engaged to the man I love and quite frankly, I am happy!
So...I've decided to jump up and down screaming for the next little bit...would you join me? ; )

busyness

Oi...busy busy busy...I think everyone is busy but i always wonder how everyone seems to get mundane everyday things done when I can't seem to even pay my bills on time (btw I did pay them on time this week..but barely). I feel like every day tasks can just stress the hell out of me...and even facebook can be a headache...i know, what could be wrong with the amazing facebook? jj...but really, seeing my inbox fillup with 'hey we should do this, that or the other' or the classic, 'betty..you said you'd do this that or the other! why isn't it done!' which in all honesty i usually respond with 'ah! I forgot! i've been so busy!' Ridiculous isn't it...

2. Starting School
3. Ending Job
4. Starting new job
5. I'M DISORGANIZED!!!
(the previous points are reasons for my busyness...)

Has anyone heard of Kathleen Edwards? I heard one of her songs back in the day and loved it...but alas forgot her name and then months back saw her open for Jonny Mayer and then relived the lovin, and now heard her again on the radio...actually good...like rivaling my early love for sarah harmer (although sarah and I's relationship has grown much deeper I see potential for Kathleen and I to be good friends)...; )
but really some of you should check it out...
