Ok so I found this rad website...no thanks to me really...hello google...but it's rad because you can map out where you run and figure how many km so it's quite motivating : ) I'll post when I do new routes...but this one shall forever be known as the 5k Classic ; )...not quite 5 but i'm over it...

Hey there you crazy ambitious runner...I got the cd, LOVE it! Thanks for sending it out! It came just in time, I was thinking I needed some more work music! Yes, we are coming to the wedding...very much looking forward to both it and being home for a bit (we are also out at Christmas). Be sure to send us an invite when you send them out!! Hope all is well in Calgary!!
